SaleSweeper monitors supported retailers and sends sale alerts on a best-efforts basis. We can't guarantee every sale is detected or that alerts always arrive on time.

Sale information shown on SaleSweeper may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always verify the current price, availability, shipping, exclusions and sale terms directly on the retailer's website before buying.

SaleSweeper is not responsible for retailer pricing, stock availability, delivery, returns, exclusions, checkout issues, or any other part of the transaction between you and a retailer. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Please don't abuse the service, submit spam retailer requests, scrape the site, or try to interfere with how it runs. We may suspend accounts that do.

Retailer names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and appear on SaleSweeper purely to identify the retailer. SaleSweeper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer unless we explicitly state otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these terms are subject to the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of SaleSweeper, subject to applicable law. You can stop using the service and close your account from Settings at any time.

We may update these terms as SaleSweeper evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
